It's actually true when they say that being grown up is HALF as fun as growing up. i mean, the things that you are allowed and not allowed to do in public is so subjected and limited now.
I was on my way home from school just now and saw this kid leaning against a mirror-d wall. he was standing where he could see his reflection, and his position looked as if he was flirting with his own reflection lah. he was eating his ice-cream, amusing himself with the white moustache he had made with macdonald's 50cents ice cream cone. it was pretty crowded, and yet nobody came up to the kid to tell him that he was humiliating himself with his actions.
concluding that this is considered allowed by kids like him(i think he was in primary school), is this also allowed by a person maybe twice his age? if he was, let's say 8 years old, would someone in secondary 4 be socially accepted to do the same? what about someone who's 30?
everything's so limited now.
depressing, isn't it?
